Ordering Information Order Processing All orders are processed in the order they are received, generally within 48 hours. Your total shipping amout will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost to ship your order. The amount calculated at time of check out is just an estimate and is normally too high. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we ship your order reflecting your adjusted total.
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 before tax. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers, and we are unable to ship Janome machines out of the country at this time.
Quilt Shows and Holidays Throughout the year we attend several quilt shows. During these shows we will be unable to process orders as quickly as we would like. All orders will be processed in the order they were received as soon as we return. We are closed on all major holidays
